I love Zumba. I tried it out for the first time a few months ago and I was hooked. Dancing + exercise = ideal for me. The music is fun and energetic, the moves are easy to follow and varied, and after a class or two, you start remembering the choreography so it’s all the more enjoyable. Also, talk about a crazy cardio workout!! I leave Zumba completely beat, but feeling great.
The best thing about Zumba is that you can do it from home, too. Give yourself some space, find the right Zumba trainer on youtube, and you’re set – Zumba away!
