Strawberry Banana Chocolate Croissant
A strawberry banana chocolate croissant is a mouth-watering pastry filled with a decadent combination of sliced strawberries, bananas, and rich chocolate. The croissant is flaky and buttery, and the filling is sweet and creamy, creating a perfect balance of flavors and textures. This delightful treat is perfect for a morning breakfast, an afternoon snack, or a dessert after a meal.

There are different ways to put together this croissant recipe. The first method is by far my favorite, especially if you use sugar-covered croissants. The sugar caramelizes and the mix of fruit, berries, chocolate, and caramel is super delicious!
Method one:
Slice the croissant in half horizontally.
Place the croissant slices in a skillet cut side down and heat them on low for a couple of minutes
Flip the slices when hot.
Chop the chocolate into smaller chunks if needed.
Place a layer of chocolate, chocolate chips, or chocolate spread on one half of the croissant.
Add a layer of bananas and strawberries.
Add a layer of chocolate, chocolate chips, or chocolate spread.
Cover the filling with the other half of the croissant.
Heat on low until the chocolate is melted.
Method two:
Melt the chocolate
Slice the croissant in half horizontally.
Cover the bottom half of the croissant with melted chocolate.
Add a layer of bananas and strawberries.
Add a melted chocolate layer.
Cover the filling with the other half of the croissant.
Method three:
Slice the croissant in half horizontally.
Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes.
